Features requiring pre-launch review

paid articles, subscriptions, memberships or paywalls;
advertising, sponsorships, native advertising or paid placement;
affiliate links or referral commissions;
recurring donations, donor rewards or substantial fundraising campaigns;
sale/licensing of datasets, user information or audience segments;
commercial API access, enterprise services or professional reports;
employment, contractors, incorporation or establishment of a stable operating entity in a new jurisdiction.

Required work before launch

The relevant Terms, privacy notices, cookies/consent, refund/payment disclosures, taxes, consumer rights, advertising labels, processor inventory, records retention and jurisdiction-specific obligations must be reviewed against the actual proposed feature. Agents must not treat an old Legal Pack as automatic authorization for a new business model.
