Operational limits
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, NeuroPulse does not promise uninterrupted service, a specific model/provider, publication cadence, source availability or response time.
Safe degradation
Provider exhaustion, feed failure or model errors must degrade by holding/skipping work rather than bypassing editorial, safety or cost controls.
