- Apply GDPR principles and data-subject rights where processing falls within scope.
- Apply EU AI Act transparency duties to applicable AI-generated/deepfake/public-interest text scenarios.
- Assess Digital Services Act obligations by actual service classification/features.
- Consider EU copyright, database and press-publisher rights and applicable text/data-mining rules.
- Preserve consumer-law protections and avoid misleading AI/accuracy claims.
