Material corrections
Material reader-facing corrections may include a concise history describing what changed and when. A correction does not imply every remaining statement has been independently verified.
Other changes
- Formatting, typography, metadata and link maintenance may occur without a correction entry.
- Material that cannot be responsibly corrected may be restricted, retracted or removed.
- Private audit records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
