Not child-directed by default
NeuroPulse is not designed as a child-directed news/social product. Intentional targeting of children requires separate review of age assurance, parental consent, youth design, profiling, advertising and safety obligations.
Sensitive youth data
- Do not solicit unnecessary personal data about minors.
- Avoid precise location, school, intimate, health or victim information unless a compelling lawful/public-interest basis exists and safeguards are appropriate.
- Reports involving child safety receive elevated triage.
