- Medical diagnosis/treatment and individualized health advice.
- Legal advice materially affecting rights.
- Individualized financial, investment, tax, credit or trading advice.
- Election/voting instructions and political persuasion.
- Active emergencies and dangerous instructions.
- Real-person accusations of crime, fraud, sexual misconduct, corruption or serious wrongdoing.
- Sensitive information about minors, victims or private individuals.
Design principle
A disclaimer is not a substitute for safe product design. Restricted material should be held, rejected or routed through any explicitly configured additional review mechanism rather than published automatically.
