Intended audience
NeuroPulse is intended primarily for adults, with 18+ used as a simple conservative product baseline where an age threshold is needed. This positioning is precautionary and does not mean that ordinary NeuroPulse articles are adult or explicit content.
No unnecessary age surveillance
The project should not introduce invasive identity or age-verification collection solely to display ordinary general-audience content without a separate necessity, proportionality and privacy review.
If youth access becomes intentional
Before knowingly targeting children or intentionally opening child-focused/community features, review applicable consent, youth-design, profiling, advertising, moderation, reporting and child-safety obligations and update the Legal Pack accordingly.
