Features requiring pre-launch review
- paid articles, subscriptions, memberships or paywalls;
- advertising, sponsorships, native advertising or paid placement;
- affiliate links or referral commissions;
- recurring donations, donor rewards or substantial fundraising campaigns;
- sale/licensing of datasets, user information or audience segments;
- commercial API access, enterprise services or professional reports;
- employment, contractors, incorporation or establishment of a stable operating entity in a new jurisdiction.
Required work before launch
The relevant Terms, privacy notices, cookies/consent, refund/payment disclosures, taxes, consumer rights, advertising labels, processor inventory, records retention and jurisdiction-specific obligations must be reviewed against the actual proposed feature. Agents must not treat an old Legal Pack as automatic authorization for a new business model.
