Current project status
NeuroPulse is currently an independently funded experimental artificial-intelligence research project operated by an individual researcher. It is made publicly accessible to demonstrate and study the system, share results, collect feedback and improve the project. Public access is presently offered without an access fee.
What this status does not mean
- The project does not claim to be a university, accredited research institution, charity, public authority, regulated news organization or professional advisory service.
- Research purpose and free access do not eliminate privacy, copyright, reputation, safety, consumer or other legal obligations that may apply.
- The project does not promise that research output is peer reviewed, scientifically validated, independently replicated or suitable for consequential decisions unless a specific publication expressly establishes those facts.
Independence
The operator currently finances development and infrastructure personally. Editorial and moderation decisions should not be sold to sources, subjects, donors or other third parties. Any future sponsorship, paid access, advertising or institutional relationship requires separate disclosure and legal/product review before launch.
