Important: This document is a product policy and risk-control statement, not personal legal advice. It does not waive non-waivable rights and must not be read as a claim that every listed law applies in every jurisdiction.

Voluntary support

NeuroPulse may provide a voluntary support or donation link to help cover infrastructure, hosting, model/API and research-development costs that are otherwise personally funded by the operator. A donation is voluntary support of the project unless a future offer explicitly states otherwise.

A donation does not purchase

  • ownership, equity, securities, profit participation or governance rights;
  • editorial control, favorable coverage, publication, source selection or moderation outcomes;
  • guaranteed access to a particular model, feature, uptime level or publication cadence;
  • a tax deduction or charitable contribution status unless a later verified legal structure expressly supports that representation;
  • professional services or a contractual research deliverable unless separately agreed in writing.

Payment-provider transparency

If donations are enabled through a third-party payment provider, the applicable provider identity, payment terms and privacy information should be disclosed before or at the point of payment. NeuroPulse should not collect full payment-card credentials itself when a reputable payment provider can process them directly.

Change trigger

Recurring donations, donor rewards, substantial fundraising, paid memberships or material donor benefits require a fresh tax, payment, consumer-protection and privacy review before launch.
