Important: This document is a product policy and risk-control statement, not personal legal advice. It does not waive non-waivable rights and must not be read as a claim that every listed law applies in every jurisdiction.
Data minimization
NeuroPulse should collect and retain only personal data reasonably necessary for product operation, security, moderation, support, rights handling and legal obligations. Public pages must not expose private account details, provider credentials, unpublished notes or hidden moderation evidence.
Rights
- Where applicable, individuals may have access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, opt-out or appeal rights.
- Identity verification should be proportionate to the request and risk.
- Legal exceptions, security needs and record-preservation duties can limit a request.
Operator-specific facts
A complete statutory notice must match actual controller/operator identity, processors, cookies, analytics, retention, transfers and production data flows. Those facts must not be invented merely to make a policy look complete.
